- Any other paid services or products
Why No Refunds?
We provide extensive free content and trial periods so you can evaluate our service before making a purchase. This includes:
- Free access to beginner-level lessons
- 5-day free trial for all new users
- Sample AI conversation practice
- Preview of all course categories
- Demo of speaking recognition features
We encourage all users to fully utilize the free trial period to ensure our service meets their needs before committing to a paid subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time will be provided
- Cancelled accounts cannot be reactivated at the previous rate
Exceptions
In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions only for:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
- Service completely unavailable for extended periods (7+ days)
Any exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
